Patrick Sweeney

Patrick Sweeney, of Kinnelon, died suddenly Wednesday, October 19, 2022. He was 57. Patrick is lovingly survived by his wife of 30 years, Dina M. Sweeney; his children, Michael Patrick and Kayla Ann Sweeney; his brothers, Hugh Sweeney Jr. and his wife Patty, Sean Sweeney, and Kevin Sweeney and his wife Missy; his sister, Ellen Sherry and her husband Bo; his mother-in-law, Ann C. Morra; his sisters-in-law, Michele Schwartz and her husband Brian, and Nicole Engle and her husband Bob; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; as well as his beloved dog, Oakley. Visiting hours will be Monday from 4-8 pm at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home, Pompton Plains. A funeral Mass will be held 10 am Tuesday at Our Lady of Magnificat Church, Kinnelon. Cremation will be private.
