Patsy Coffield Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Feb. 1, 2024.
Patsy Lee Coffield, 58, passed away on January 28th, 2024, in her sleep at her home in Edumclaw, Washington. She was born on February 27th, 1965, in Renton, Washington, to her parents Herbert R. Coffield and Virginia Lee Eaton-Coffield.

Patsy is survived by her sister Anne H. Warnstaff of Edumclaw, Washington, her Uncle Truman G. Coffield of Anchorage, Alaska, her Aunt Mary Ann Coffield of Robbinsville, North Carolina, and several cousins and other relatives from the Coffield, Levesque, and Gottschalk families.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents Herbert Bert R. Coffield and Virginia Jenny Lee Eaton-Coffield, and her sister Wendy Lee Coffield.

Patsy first lived in Renton, Washington, where she was born. At a young age, she and her parents moved to Edumclaw, where she spent most of her life. Patsy attended school there and made many friends. In her adult life, she worked at Circle K and Seven Eleven in Edumclaw for several years before later working at the Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, Washington, for several years. She retired from there around 2022.

Patsy loved her late parents Bert and Jenny, and her late sister Wendy, and missed them greatly. She enjoyed sharing stories about them with others.

Patsy had a deep love for music and would often be found listening to various genres through her ear pods from the internet and YouTube.

Patsy will be remembered as an awesome and loving person and family member. She will be greatly missed by many.

Aunt Patsy... We may not have been biologically related but we were family, she was like a mother to me in many ways. She was there when I took my first breath, she was the first person to hold me... I literally don't remember a world without this woman and I will never be the same. She taught me how to ride a bike and how to use the computer; almost every happy memory in my life has included her, and it was a privilege to have her play such a huge role in my life. I was so lucky to be loved by her, and I am so thankful for the parts of her she planted in me that I get to carry forever.

I am so happy to have met her. She left us too soon. I have known her for 30 years. She had her ways of doing things and I had mine yet we were so much alike. Rest in peace

I had the pleasure to spend last Christmas with Patsy and we had such a wonderful peaceful day at our house watching the Golden Girls, Laughing, eating good food. She loved my Puertorican Cooking so much, she had seconds. We enjoyed her visit. We love Patsy forever in our hearts. Gone too soon. Rest In Peace Patsy.

Here´s some photos I have on hand of Patsy. Two of the photos are Patsy when she was younger with her sister Wendy, the rest are as she got older.

The last time I seen Patsy was last Christmas when my wife and I had her over for Christmas dinner. Glad we got to see her then. It´s sad that she´s gone now. Going to miss you Patsy. R.I.P.
