To the family of Patsy Lou--When your Dad, Robert was dating your Mom we went on double dates back then--we all knew how much they cared for each other from the start--Chico girls went with Paradise boys all one summer--Your Mom was a good friend and athlete--a beauty with a brain--God Bless you all--
From lower classmates--Jo Ann, Viva Jean, Kenneth, Jimmy and too many others to mention.

I am a first cousin to your mother and I am sorry to hear of her passing. My mother was Maudie Jewel Henry Nikirk, younger sister of John Clarence, your grandfather. Pat and I were eleven months apart in age and played together as children. We were close well into our teens. Our families visited many times over the years. Losing Pat is like losing part of myself. You have my deepest sympathy.

Very sorry to read about Pat. I remember her well
from Chico School. Good basket ball player etc.
She will be missed.

Dear Elrica, Dean, John, Anna and family,

Pat was like family to me. I could always count on her to talk, shared a recipe and give sage advice. One of the sweetest people I have ever known. We share a love of Hawaii and many other things.

She always spoke so highly of her family and I know that she is smiling on you from heaven once she has gotten her ticket to the Elvis concert!

I am sorry that I had to be out of town at such a time as this. Please do let me know if you need anything at all.

Love,

Celinda Ayers Sowell
