Patsy GONZALEZ Obituary
(1925-2014)
Our beloved Patsy Gonzales, age 89, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 30, 2014.
Mrs. Gonzales was preceded in death by parents Cesario and Juanita Estrada; husband Jack Gonzales; sons Manuel Estrada and Carl Gonzales Sr.; sisters Mary Machado and Lucy E. Mendez; brother Felix A. Estrada.
Patsy is survived by children Marie Ruiz, Arthur Gonzales (Helen), Kathy Vasquez (Ralph), Mark Gonzales (Naomi), Jeff Gonzales (Kelly), Linda Horne, David Gonzales, John Gonzales Marshall Gonzales (Elizabeth); brothers Frank A. Estrada, Ernest A. Estrada, Fred Mendez (brother in law); 32 grandchildren, 37 great- grandchildren and 5 great-great-great grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers are David Ruiz, Jason Gonzales, Christopher Vasquez, Blake Horne, Efren Regalado and Everett Ruiz. Honorary pallbearers are Jake Nuncio, Brandon Gonzales, Michael Salinas, Joshua Nuncio and Malchi Gonzales.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Friday at the Mission Funeral Home Remembrance Chapel 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street (East). Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m., Saturday at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Austin Memorial Park Cemetery.

Gonzalez Family, Linda Ann, my deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mother. For the last week I have had Patsy on my mind....She attended my Moms funeral Mass with Marie... as I walked past her when my family entered the church she saw me and smiled, I waved at her and smiled back. I could see the excitement in her eyes to see me. Bless her heart..she always welcomed me in her home when I was over with linda. She's in here eternal home with her husband and my mom....may she rest in Peace. Compadres and comadres are celebrating in the heavens. My prayers and thoughts are with all of the family. God Bless
