Dear Uncle Ben, Brian,David, Mark and family,
We were fortunate to share Aunt Pat
with all of you. The service Saturday
reminded us all of how she had touched our lives and we took it for
granted. She will always be in our
hearts.
Love
Kay "Kaybert" McKellar

Last year I was happy to renew my friendship with Pat Burnett when I went to Peshastin United Church's celebration. She & I knew each other right off, even though it had been several years since we had seen each other. She was always a good friend to me, and just thinking of her makes me smile.

It was interesting to talk with Patty to share our views and opinions. We only knew each other thru church, the Women's Circle and the prayer chain. I'm glad I knew her and sad that she has gone.

I had the pleasure of meeting Patty and her family in the last year. I can honestly say that there is alot of love between all of them. To see Patty and Ben interact was always so precious. You could see that they truly loved each other from their hearts. Patty was very lucky to have such a great bunch of boys and their wives. They were always very loving and compassionate to their parents. And, visited them almost daily. Always made our day to see a Burnett Boys smile, or Robin's quick wit. They never felt like they were sacrificing anything in their lives, this is what they know......love for their parents. It is very touching to watch.
Patty touched my life in several different ways. I always appreciated her "FUNKY SPUNKY SMILE" (that is what the two of us referred to her smiles as) and her hugs. Patty met some new friends in the past several months and they too, have been left with a void with her passing. We know Patty is with the Lord and is happily looking down on us as an angel. Thank you God, for giving us the opportunity for getting to know and love this wonderful woman & her family. Patty was part of our family and we loved her very much.

We have wonderful memories of our visits with you over the years especially our boys' efforts at cherry picking in your orchard. Wishing you comfort at this sad time.
