Paul F. Bour

Paul was a good friend and fellow farmer market participant. I always knew on Sunday morning if the phone rang it was Paul and Delores. We spent many Saturdays together on the farmers market. When I counted up I figured that I have known the Bours for about 18 years or more. I always enjoyed their visits to my house. I always tried to make Paul's favorite, German Potato Salad when he came. I will miss him very much, especially the lunches we shared at Dairy Queen and all the cheeseburgers and ice cream And...I will never know why he liked our basset hound so much except I know he alsways had one of his own.

Paul was a very special person for me. I knew him at the Farmers' Market and very much enjoyed his folksy humor. I ate many a good apple from the farm, as well as other items. I know he is up in heaven and I will see him some day. My life is richer for knowing him.
