My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Paul Calvo. I knew Paul since the 30's when were both students at Quinn School on East Fourth Street in South Bethlehem. On a personal note Paul was a great friend and supporter of the Fire Department and was very helpful in passing of key ordinances as a City Councilman.

I was a student of Mr. Calvo's at Northeast. Great man, great memories. My deepest sympathy to his family,

I went to St. Anne's School with Paula where I first knew him as a wonderful father and family man and had him as a teacher at Northeast. Throughout my life whenever asked of a teacher who was influencial in your life your Dad always came to my mind. God Bless your family at this time of loss.

My condolences to the entire Calvo family. I can't think of many people I respected and admired more than Paul. I so enjoyed the two years I worked with him on council and the time I spent with him afterward. I so admired his integrity and heart and spirit..I have very few heroes these days but he was certainly one of them..The city of Bethlehem is in debt to him for his honorable service. Few people have any idea how much....Now he's with God and Agnes...Couldn't imagine a place he'd rather be...

My deepest sympathy to the entire Calvo Family. Many of my memories of Mr.Calvo were from when I was a young kid. He was a devout family man, dedicated educator, and a significant contributor to the City of Bethlehem.

Dear Calvo Family,
My deepest sympathy for your loss. Mr. Calvo taught at Northeast Jr. High School when I was a student there and he along with Mr. Reitz and Mr. Marcincin kept everything in order in the hallway near their classrooms. When he served on City Council I found him to be tough yet fair. You couldn't ask for more.
