My Dear Friend Paul, I will never forget how you always stood up for me when I was going through so many difficult times - how you never let anyone say anything hurtful or disrespectful to me. I will never forget you for that and I have loved you like a brother. I am so sorry to see that you are gone from this world but I trust I will see you again somewhere in the future. Rest in peace my friend, and thank you for always being my hero and trusted friend.

I was trying to share but it didn't even show and couldn't find it, Oh my God, Paul, I will always remember as my friend from Cody, We did so many meetings together and always helped me. I will miss you a lot. Thanks Paul for the card you gave me before I left to go Iqaluit, May we meet again and have few laughs like we used to. RIP.

Oh my God, Paul and I did so many meetings together at Cody, we shared so much of our past together, before I left to back home, he gave me a cody card, as of course he was so kind to me. May he rest in peace, some day I will see you again Paul and have a few laughs together. My condolences to all his family.

We never met Paul but from listening to Dan and Jen describe this remarkable person we feel like we knew him. My heart goes out to the whole family and to his many friends who will miss him dearly. Just remembering the good times will help you cope with this great loss you are feeling

I too have been to this website many times today, trying to find the words to express my condolences to the Chenier family. Paul was the kind of guy everyone was proud to call a brother and friend. His kind and gentle presence will be missed by many.

My deepest sympathy to all of Paul’s family during there difficult time. Paul was and inspiration to many of us. He will be remembered as strong, kind and spiritual person. Paul, my cousin and my friend. I have been on here a couple of times trying to find the right words, I don't have them! What I do have is many memories of you and I am happy to have those.
Anyone who truly got to know you will never forget you and their lives are richer.

Even though we may not have been in contact throughout the years, we are deeply saddened by Paul's (Cocoune as we all new him) suffering and passing. If I go back to my childhood, I remember him a gentle soul and happy go lucky kid, sometimes mischevious. He loved to tease !!! He had such an infectious laugh. It's so hard to know that you're gone. I will miss you so much. I miss the good days when you were healthy. I miss when you used to chase all us kids around with your teeth, everyone remembers those days. To my brother Paul (Puppy). I will miss you dearly Pup but I know we will meet again in the presence of God, where there will be no more suffering, no more tears. Now Paul, you are resting on the promises God gave us in his Word. One of which is written in Matthew 11:28 that says "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest". Paul, I am so sad to see you go, but relieved that you are no longer suffering. You were so close to God and he was close to you. This is the best way to be and you proved to be strong as a rock when it came to your faith in God above. We will see you again soon, as it says in Revelation 21: 4,5 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will sickness nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away", "and all those in memorial tombs will come forth!"
