I apologize for such a late response. I didn't know Paul Cogan personally, but I kinda feel like I do. I know he had a huge impact on my best friend Adam Jones, (I know this, because he talked about him all the time). I just hope everyone can find peace in Mr. Cogans passing, due to all the folks he help along the way.

Family, I am sorry to hear Mr. Cogan passed away. I was Manager for the Clarksville DWS office from 2009 - Feb 2016. I always enjoyed working with Mr. Cogan & visiting with him. We could not have had a better landlord. He was a smart man and was a civil engineer, as is my husband. He will be missed. Sincerely, Amber Mullis
