To Mrs. Mary Jane, Scotty, Stevie and Suzy, Mr. Paul was a dear neighbor and father figure to me and my brothers and I will surely miss his jovial presence and joie de vie. He was truly one of a kind and unforgettable. I will especially remember him for his courage to reach out to me to lend help and guidance when I lost my own father 15 years ago. My prayers for all of you in the pain of letting go of so dear a man as he.

Jane, I am so sorry about your loss. It was my privilege to visit with Paul on several occasions at McDonald's on Prien Lake Road. I would take Emily, my granddaughter, after school to get her snack. He was there visiting with his buddies. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your children.

Mrs. Jane, Scotty, Stevie and Suzy,
We are so sorry for your loss. You are all in our prayers. I'm sure Carl and Robert are patiently waiting to go fishing with him. Although I was the butt of many of his jokes, I sured loved the attention. I will forever remember his nickname for me "smitt"

I am so sorry for your great loss and my thoughts/prayers go out to each of you. Steve has been around our family for so long he has become one of us... Mr and Mrs. Creel raised a fine person. I'm so sorry I'm unable to be with you all at this time.. May you all have peace in knowing he is in a better place now.
With Loving Thoughts,

Paul was such a great friend, neighbor and friend. We moved to Lake Charles and Paul was our first neighbor. Paul was always welcome in our home and such a friend that always make you laugh! He would come over to our house everyday as soon as he saw Reggy get off work. They would always share work stories, fishing stories or just talk. We lived there for about 20 years -I can remember telling Paul we were moving--- just to Moss Bluff-- but that seem like another country to him and us! But every time we would run into each other in either Walmart or Academy it would be just like old times! We love you Paul!! Thanks for all the laughs and memories we had together!! Cindy and Big Reg

So sorry we cannot be with all of you at this difficult time. Just read the obituary and looked at Paul's picture. Looks like he just told one of his many jokes. This is a hugh loss for your family but also for all of the many friends.
Jane, we love you and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family......Sherman and Wanda

He was truly a special Uncle, loved by all of his family and friends. We are so very grateful we were blessed with his love, laughter, and hugs. May God wrap his arms around all that are grieving for his loss and bring peace to your hearts.
