Paul Roger Hebert

TAMPA, FL - Paul R. Hebert, 52, passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at home in Tampa, Fl., where he lived since 2007. He is survived by his wife, Janet (Lawrence) Hebert to whom he was married for 18 years.

Born in New Bedford, the youngest child of the late Noel and Medora (LaFrance) Hebert. A graduate of N.B. Vocational High School, he enjoyed doing odd jobs for family and friends. Paul spent much of his time at Peters Orchard in Conn., and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and fishing. Paul had a big heart and will be surely missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind 9 siblings and their spouses, Yvette Mayne of S.C., Raymond Hebert and companion, Sandra Soares of Fairhaven, Vivian Baker, Suzanne Andrews and companion, Frank Dasilva, all of N. Dartmouth, Simonne Sansoucy and Roger of Maine, Irene Cardinal and Leo, Diane Bressette and John, Adrian Hebert and Abigail, and Therese Hebert, all of New Bedford. He also leaves many nieces and nephews; stepsons, Shad and Kyle Murphy; and 6 grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, at 9 A.M., at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 121 Mt. Pleasant St., N.B. Friends and family are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc.
