Let me start with The World was a better place with Scott in it. As colloquial such expression, this was certainly true.

Generosity, loving, caring, befriending, hosting, giving, conscientious are appropriate descriptions of the man I knew. In fact, I always felt the best man at my wedding was truly the best man.

His career work revealed two unique dimensions: love of same and an ongoing commitment to excellence be a live performance or recording jingles heard throughout the nation (and beyond).

Scott's generosity in hosting both intimate gatherings and parties were rare traits that brought great joy and happiness to so many. His love of providing pleasurable happenings was truly a unique gift he brought to all of us.

His love for his children, pride in their accomplishments and interest in their lives was an ongoing embrace from their birth until he left all of us.

So I guess the best way we can all comfort ourselves is how lucky we were to have known Scott in our varied roles, relationships and capacities and the wonderful memories, values and goodness he fostered in all our lives.

Our memories of Scott will go on forever. During our winters together here Ajijic Mexico we shared many delightful outings together. True to Scott's personality our times together focused on tennis, golf, watching sports restaurant outings and of course the odd Moscow Mule. His love of life, disarming smile and gregarious personality will forever be in our thoughts. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Anita and Scott's family.

I am so sorry for your loss may the words of God comfort you and your family in this most difficult time of sorrow. May you fined comfort at John 6:44 knowing this that God give you hope to see again your love one in the future. My heartfelt condolence to you and your family. LC
