Paul Horstmeier

I knew Paul when he was with the Dane County Traffic Department, through his years with the Dane County Sheriff's Office. His presence was impossible to miss, and his heart and voice were both outsized. He was a good soul with a sense of humor. I appreciated those qualities and was grateful for his friendship. Rest in peace.

Very sorry for your loss. Paul was a fantastic person. He taught me much over the years in my law enforcement career. He was a mentor for countless officers. Good Bless him. My condolences!
