Paul Edward Huntsman, 59, of El Cajon, California, passed away on June 16, 2025.

Born on January 5, 1966, in Los Angeles, Paul was welcpomed into the world by his loving parents, Gene and Patricia Huntsman. Not long after his birth, the family relocated to San Diego, and in 1976, they moved to El Cajon, where Paul grew up and forged lifelong memories.

From a young age, Paul had a knack for machines and a love for the outdoors. He treasured his countless days riding motorcycles in the California desert and fondest memories of family trips to San Felipe, Mexico, where he enjoyed the freedom of riding along the open beaches, hunting rabbits at dusk, and playing in the fast-moving tides that swept through the coast-adventures that defined his youth and remained among his fondest memories.

Paul often recounted childhood days spent playing in his backyard "treehouse," the elevated wooden fort that became the launchpad for endless mischief and imagination. He approached life with that same sense of curiosity and courage throughout his years.

He was tall in stature and always quick with a smile-even when life didn't go as planned. Paul was easygoing, generous, and humble. His kindness was evident in his many friends.

Paul is survived by his parents, Gene and Patricia Huntsman; his sister, Kristen (Huntsman) Sullivan; his children, Elizabeth (Huntsman) Keily and Brandon Kyle Huntsman; and his beloved grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, and Ayce.

He is missed and will be forever remembered by his family and friends.
