He delivered my 3 children. He was the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. He will be missed, but always remembered for his dedication and kindness to his patients.

Dr. Lawler delivered our two children. He was a kind and compassionate man who always had time to listen and to inform, explain, and answer any questions in a non-condescending manner. May the many happy memories of this remarkable man bring you comfort during this difficult time.

My old friend Pete and all of your brothers, sisters, kids, grandkids -
This is truly getting to be the end of an era for all of us as our parents from the Greatest Generation leave us. I mentioned to Pete before about all of the fathers from those of us at Germaine's that have left us in the last year or so. It is comforting to know that your dad lived such a long and full life and raised such a fantastic family, but I know you will miss him a great deal. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Peter, I do not think I ever med your dad, and probably only once met your grandfather. They did a great job as you are a terrific person, father and do-er of all good for so many, many people. My heart is with you in this time as you, your siblings and family go through the time and rituals surrounding the death of your dad. We learn somewhere along the line that death is a part of life, but not so easy for the rest of us who have to live with the emptiness and pain after the deceased has left us. Be good, be strong and carry on, as he would have told you I am sure.
