Paul had the most beautiful heart and soul of anyone. He was loved by everyone who met him. Rest in peace dear, sweet Paul. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. My deepest condolences to Kathy and the family.

Paul Loy was one of the best men I ever met, he was always there for anyone that needed anything, he was funny, and loved to sing, we will miss terribly, RIP, Paul, until we meet again, our love is always with you
