Paul Messina Jr.

Paul was beloved by my Family as the best friend and neighbor one could ask for. so many times I went with my father to the back of Paul's Fine Footwear where my dad worked with Paul to fix a machine or something. Paul made some special sandals for my dad as he had a bum toe. I was touched when Paul invited me over to his 9th St. apt. and made dinner for me. I was hopping to see him again. all I have to do is close my eyes and I can see and think of the wonderful times we all had. Paul is one of the "Good Guys" I miss him. condolences to the Messina Family from Rosalie and Alva and Family.

I knew Paul as a kid for many years my stepfather Tom (Trini) Trevino worked for him and Paul never changed only got better. I had not seen him for many years yet one day a couple of years ago while getting a sandwich at 8th & Meyler he came up to me and knew who I was. Incredible! My Heart and Prayers go out to his family. May God Bless Him in Heaven where he will probably be making someone a fine pair of shoes... George Alvarez

God Bless Mr. Messina. My family have known the Messina's our entire life. Paul was always very generous to my mother when we were young and we will never forget him. He was so very very kind to many San Pedrans. There are very few kind men that could match Paul. Our hearts go out to the entire Family and our prayers are with them.
