Paul William Mills II

Paul and my father Jim Hart were cousins and it was always fun seeing them together. They were kindred spirits, both loving and kind, uplifting and loved their families. We´ll miss cousin Paul and his big smile and zest for life.

I knew Paul when we both worked at the Sheriff's Department in the patrol division, and later on, when we both managed our own businesses. Paul always had something interesting to say about this or that and had a way of putting a humorous spin of things. Paul used our services, and I made an effort to refer business to him. I wish there were more people like Paul in this world - it would be a better place. My belated condolences to Paul's family.

I am honored to have known Paul and to be his friend. I loved to hear is various Police stories. His passion for life extended well beyond what we could see. His meeting with Peggy at 7-11 is more than just chance. His amazing smile could not be contained when he talk about his children and his bride. Paul and I were driving back from a business meeting late 2023 and he had me drive him home next to the Sacramento River. He said, let's go fishing sometime:) Unfortunately we didn't make it to the river. Though life on this side of heaven is promised to have both sunny days and stormy days, I know for certain, that I will meet Paul again on the other side.

Paul Mills is dear to my heart. Always sincere. Paul provide moral and practical help when my dear friend Villiami Paea died unexpectedly. Paul gave his time and efforts to help Vili's family and staff. I love you Paul. I look forward to seeing you again.

Paul was so taken by my ability to feed the homeless people in Antioch with donations from our church, St. John´s, he asked me to come work at his company.
