Paul Randolph Noyes, 96, of Newville, Pennsylvian passed away Wednesday October 3, 2025 in Green Ridge Village Newville.

He was born October 3, 1928 in Shreveport, LA a son of Edgar and Rosa Doak Noyes.

Paul had been preceded in death by his wife Margaret Hendricks Noyes who passed away March 4, 2008.

He had graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a PhD. In Chemistry, and worked his entire career for DuPont as a chemist.

He was a life long member of the Presbyterian Church, he had been an Eagle Scout. He was active at Green Ridge Village, as a volunteer, and also served on the Residence Council, the American Chemist Society. Paul was a wood worker and collector, and volunteered many hours for many organizations.

He is survived by two daughters Caroline R. Noyes and her wife Susan Bacher, and Martha N. Lipscomb and her husband Thomas. Two grandchildren Henry Lipscomb, and Robert Lipscome.

In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by his sister Jean Taylor.

A memorial service will be held at Green Ridge Village, in the fall. Memorial contributions in Paul's memory may be made to the Green Ridge Village Fund 210 Big Spring Road Newville, PA 17241.
