Paul Pfaltzgraff

My dad, Rev. Harold Varce, shared common roots in the EUB church with Rev. Paul Pfaltzgraff. He spoke very highly of him all of these years. My mother-in-law, Helen Vance, knew Paul from church camp in Cedar Falls many years ago. My husband and I often talk about some of the pillars, both men and women, from the old EUB church and Rev. Paul Pfaltzgraff was one of them. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers at this time. (Kathy & Gary Vance)

Pastor Pfaltzgraff had a very godly influence in my life as my confirmation teacher in junior high and as my pastor in my growing up years in Ackley. I was inspired by his life. He was one of my favorite pastors.
