Paul Raffin

My deepest sympathies to Paul's family. Although it has been many years since I've seen him, his joy and humor are a happy memory. Paula, please know that I am thinking of you! His spirit lives on through you!

I would like to express my sincere condolences to Paul's family. Paul was a Eugene Police Department volunteer from 2001-2004, contributing a total of 713 hours of service. Initially he served as a member of the Speakers Bureau. When our Seniors on Patrol Team was formed, he jumped at the opportunity to participate. His service to EPD and the community was valued and appreciated. He was an outstanding volunteer....generous, dedicated, professional and loyal!
