I am so sorry to hear this. Paul was my manager and one of the nicest people ever.

I met Paul in the freshman band at Burroughs HS in Ridgecrest, CA. Paul´s friendly personality made it easy to become friends and form a connection of mutual interest, respect, and fun over numerous and various activities and events over our years in high school, particularly our years on the tennis team together which included numerous bus trips for away tennis matches. We were all required to wear a tie to school on the days we had tennis matches against other schools, including on the lengthy bus rides across the desert to and from our opponent´s school tennis courts.
Near the end of our senior year I remember my surprise and excitement when I told Paul I was going to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and he said he and friend Tom were also. Once there, despite our different situations with me living in the dorms and a member of the band, and Paul and Tom living off campus, we made sure to stay connected with weekly touch football games and we played golf occasionally at courses all around the area. Our friend Keith played in that golf group too.
Once we graduated and went our separate ways, we lost touch for many years until social media enabled our finding and reconnecting with old friends. I was very glad what is now many years ago to reconnect with Paul over Facebook and touch-base occasionally. We had hoped to get together in person one day but living on opposite coasts we never made it happen. That´s now a big regret for me.
I´ve been thinking of Paul every day since I heard the sad news. I look back with fondness on these and other fun times with Paul. He was ALWAYS such a great guy. I wish Paul's entire family and loved ones my love, condolences, and strength for your loss. I will be viewing Paul´s celebration of life online from my home, and will be contributing to Morning Star School in his honor. I will always miss my friend Paul.

I was a former student at the school. I was often sent to Room 10, which was Mr. Reed's Room. He would often help the students myself included there with homework and how to better themselves. He always believed in second chances, the message of his death made me sad. But atleast he lived a good life.
