Paul Leo Rutter beloved husband of Tish of Calgary, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2015 at the age of 68 years. Paul's passions involved work in the oil industry, sports especially the Flames and Stampeders and travel. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. Paul is survived by his children, Mark (Trudy), Laura (Glenn), Jennifer, and Tracy; four grandchildren, Julia, Daniel, Eric and Ryan; cousins Mike (Fiona) Boulton and Leo (Helen) Boulton of Sarnia, ON. He will also be missed by his furry companion Scruffy. He was predeceased by his first wife Patricia Rutter, and father Jack (Evelyn) Rutter. No formal service will be held as per Paul's wishes. In living memory of Paul Rutter, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park.

I have known Paul for a number of years, and I greatly appreciated his sense of homour, his down to earth approach, and his good common sense. He was a great guy and I really appreciated him.

I have known Paul for approximately 20 years of my life and I am saddened to hear of his passing. He was a big influence to me professionally and have always considered him a good friend. My condolences to Tish and the rest of his Family. My thoughts are with you during this sad time.
