Paul Smillie Sr., age 88, of Grayson, GA, passed away July 9th, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Inga Lundborg Smillie, and his parents John Oliver and Pauline Smillie of Chicago.
Mr. Smillie proudly served in the US Army and then worked as a salesman in the steel industry for over 50 years in Miami, Birmingham and Grayson before retiring. His interests included traveling, baseball, music and he especially enjoyed the friendships he made at. St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
He is survived by his children, Paul Smillie Jr (Cathy) of Grayson, GA, Linda Zeagler (Ed) of Salem, SC, Carolyn Luond (Martin) of Zug Switzerland, Laura Sprott (Jeff) of Alpharetta, GA, Tom Smillie of Atlanta, GA, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Services will be announced at a later date.
