I grew up near the Starr family in Rock Falls near St Andrew's Church and school. The Starr's were a big family that had a lot of fun together and were very innovative in both play and tinkering with any gadget. Mr. and Mrs. Starr always welcomed playmates from the neighborhood as members of the family. Paul would join in the fun with us younger kids as we tore through their house only stopping to watch some popular kids shows of the day on TV in the afternoons. The Three Stooges were treated as distant uncles. God Bless you and your whole family Paul. You were a good man and a good neighbor. Terry Cooney
