Grandpa, you were one of a kind. Your life revolved around family and friends. You could light a room with only your smile. Even the most somber maiden would melt to your confidently aimed "Hello Darlin'." Every table you chose to sit at became the life of the room. Your energy radiated so easily from person to person. You are a hero to all Americans. You are a hero to your family. And one thing is for certain, heroes never die! You will live forever within the hearts of all free men. I am glad my last words to you were "Thank you... for everything."
