Paul H. Wilcox passed away in Vancouver, WA, May 26, 2021. He was born Feb. 4, 1970, in Vancouver to Charles V. Wilcox and Jody Wilcox-Lacy.
Paul enjoyed fishing and building things. He worked as an electrician. Paul was a member of New Heights church.
Paul is survived by his mother, Jody Lacy; and brother, Bill Wilcox. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles V. Wilcox.
Donations can be made to Ray Hickey House.
A celebration of life will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, June 11, 2021, from 3 - 5 p.m.

I was saddened to read about Paul's passing. I knew Paul, Bill & Chuck as electricians. I worked at Eoff Electric and supplied them with material for the work they did. Paul was such a fun young man. I remember when he passed his test to be a journeyman. We applauded him when he walked in. Everyone enjoyed his unique personality! May he rest in peace.
