Paul Wortham Obituary
He was a teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools, earned his masters at Western Kentucky University, a graduate of The Gemological Institute of America and a member of Middletown Christian Church.
Paul is survived by his devoted wife of 31 years, Patricia Anne Rust Wortham; daughter, Laura Anne Wortham; mother, Mary Jane Buchhold Wortham; and sister, Mary Gail Wortham Beneteau (Bernard).
His funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Middletown Christian Church, 500 N. Watterson Trail Louisville. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Ratterman Funeral Home 12900 Shelbyville Road, East Louisville, KY 40243.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to www.purplestride.org/Cincinnati www.RattermanS.com

I am so sorry for your loss, Mrs. Wortham, Laura, and Mary Gail. I lived next door to Paul as a very young child and I remember playing with him and the other neighborhood children. Paul was a good kid and although I didn't know him as an adult, he had a wonderful family growing up. God bless you and keep you in the palms of His hands as you go through these next days.
