We would like to extend our deepest condolences on the loss of Aunt Paulette. Dario has shared many stories of Lewis and Paulette with me. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting her in person, but I have spoken with her by phone when she'd call, just to keep in touch, she'd say. I'm sure she will be missed by all.

I love my Grandma and I miss her. It took me a while too do this because writing my goodbye would make it real, and I'm not ready for her to go....All I want to hear is "Good morning Sunshine " one more time. So instead of goodbye or rest easy, ill choose to think of my grandma saying "Good Morning sunshine" because I know she would thought how blessed she was to see that Sunshine every morning, and I am too. She'll never truly be gone because Ill always have the warmth from her every morning. I love you Grandma

My Aunt Paulett...
The sweetest city yet southern bell I know. She welcomed us every trip we took down south to see our family.
I recall her getting up early one morning to prepare us breakfast and she proudly did it as a token of her love for us.
I think of her laugh, graceful movements, and tender hugs. She poured so much of herself into her daughter Yvette, whom has a heart of gold just like aunt Paulett!

You will be missed auntie... road trips to Memphis will not be the same but we will continue to love on each other as you loved on us.

Vernell Jamison Miller

April 20, 2024

This is Paulette´s last living sibling, Vernell (Jamison) Miller. I am grieved at this time with the passing of my sweet baby sister. I have so many loving and meaningful memories, I have no clue where to start. I could speak of the times we shared as kids at home, or the times we shared together when Chicago was both our homes or the stories and laughter that we created in our golden ages. I will miss the long conversations over the phone and more than anything your sense of humor( you knew how to make me laugh). I wish I could have been there to see your face and say my last goodbyes but unfortunately life and humanity don´t often afford us those opportunities. But I wanna Thank God because I´ll be home in Marion, Arkansas on next week Paul to lay you to rest in Whatever way the Lord will allow. I will always Love you Baby Sis Your Big Sis Vern!!

Chrystyanna Robyn Vanwright,
I am the last born grand-daughter of Paulett Johnson, I call her grandma. My favorite memory of grandma is how she would laugh over the phone. I will always remember the sound of her sweet voice. Grandma had a kind soul and was the most genuine woman to ever live. Although her body has been laid to rest, her beautiful soul will continue to live on forever. Grandma is now my guardian angel who will protect me from everything that is evil. God bless those who are grieving. Remember God has a plan for all of his children. Jeremiah 29.11. We love you grandma.

Clarence Daniels, Jr.

April 20, 2024

I was the first born grandson to my Aunt Paulette's parents Allen and Christine Jamison. As my youngest Aunt, we are 7 years apart in age, I remember summer visits to the farm in Marion and playing all day and evening with Aunt Paulette and the farm animals. I thought of Aunt as a big sister and I loved her so much. She was the sweetest person I had ever met. May God bless her spirit and her memory. She will be in my heart forever. God bless and comfort Evette and Ray and all her loved ones. Your nephew Clarence Daniels Jr
