Frank, Alvin & Vanessa and the Valdez family our deepest condolences. Pearl was one of a kind she will be missed by so many. Pearl was a wonderful person I will never forget when she was selling topper ware. Pearl and I were heading to Albuquerque to pick up some merchandise at the time I was only 15 and Pearl told me that she needed to do some paper work and asked me to drive I told her I don't know how to drive. Pearl then looked at me and said sure you do it's easy I will help you.
So I got behind the wheel and she said just stay at 65 and just go straight and when the road turns a little just move the steering wheel the way the road goes. Never behind a wheel before but Pearl had faith in me and said you can do it. Pearl was like a big sister to a lot of us. When we didn't want to go to school we go to her house and she would tell us I rather have you guys here than on the street some where at least I know your safe but don't make it a habit in not going to school. Pearl would always stand up for us no matter if we were right or wrong. But when we were wrong she let us know boy. It was a shock when I heard of her passing. Pearl I will remember all the good times we had and I will miss you so much.Say hi to all our loved ones. I know you will be with all the angles watching over us all. May our Lord help you all thru this very difficult time. God Bless you all. Love Alan, Merlinda & Boys

Dear Frank and Pearlie's beloved family, I am deeply saddened of Pearl's passing. Your obit in the paper describes her perfectly, when she was in the room, she owned that room. We worked together at First American Title and close to my retirement she assisted me with my open houses. She was fun and dependable and my clients loved her. When I didn't understand our every changing computer functions, Pearl would draw up a cheat sheet for me to follow. She loved to decorate the office for Halloween. She said what she meant and meant what she said. The world lost an original. My sincere condolences. Que Dios La Tenga En Su Gloria
