Dear Ms Richel,
I'm so sorry you're gone and I missed saying goodbye.
You are by far my favourite teacher. You solidified my desire to write and teach.
Thank you.
I promise to continue to think of you each time I find a new and wonderful novel to share with my own students.

I was truly shocked to hear of my cousin Peg's sudden passing. She was a special woman who will be missed!

So sorry to hear that you have left this world stage to seek more endeavours among the stars. You will be missed -- for your humour, your intelligence and your artistic bent. I will miss you cousin.

Hey, Peg, I will always remember the twinkle in your eye and your quick sarcastic wit. I loved the meetings we attended together - you were a wealth of information and joy. Loved being your friend!

Peg exited, stage right way too early.We shared book lists, travel tips and many good laughs. It was my pleasure to see her acrylic paintings blossom. The Tuesday class will all miss her! On behalf of my fellow teacher Bill Bewick at Chinook Learning and all the staff there, deepest condolences to her nephew and family.

Peg was the youngest in our pre-grade one class. We both passed the grade one entrance exam and went to the auxiliary classroom for grade one in the UC basement. We dropped out of touch after high school but thanks to Facebook re-established contact after retirement. I was saddened by the news and give condolences to her family.

So shocked and saddened to lose a good friend and inspiring member of our art group. Will always treasure conversations with the oh-so knowledgeable Peg and her subtle sense of humor.

Ah, our Peg. How very much you are missed, my artistic friend. I still say it is "art" not "craft" (I can hear you chuckling)!

Dear Peg - we should have been old ladies together. I am so sad that you aren't with us anymore. It was great reading, traveling and discussing the events of the world with you. I will miss that and hold dear those memories.

I first met Peg in 1974 when I was a young teacher. She welcomed me and was a great support. We enjoyed many evenings that included lots of laughs and a few glasses of wine. Claude and I are saddened by the news and offer our condolences to the family

I miss you every day, Peg. So saddened that you slipped away from us. The world needs your passion for art and the written word, more than ever.

What a loss! Peg and I met in university almost 40 years ago. Peg was a sweet warrior, an inspiring teacher and possessed a strong spirit. I am very sorry and sad.
