The news is late in coming but still devastating. She will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Peggy's passing. I knew I had not seen her in a long time, but was so sure this was just a temporary absence. Had no idea she was so ill. She was such a sweet lady and I will now officially miss her. Dave, so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you.

Peggy was a classmate and friend of my late mother, Judy Carroll Maxson, in Dyer. I connected with her on facebook after my mom's passing. She was such a beautiful soul. Always offering words of encouragement, and quick (as a teacher would be) with her opinions. I will miss the late night/early morning messenger messages. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Be at peace dear lady.

In memory of my cousin: I'll always remember her smiling face, and being around her was a joy. We were neighbors on Dyer Highway.
