Perry Wayne LaGee, aged 63, passed away on July 24, 2024, in Polo, Illinois. Born on May 16, 1961, in Lombard, Illinois, Perry was known for his selfless, caring, and hardworking nature.

He is survived by his spouse, Stacey Chaney; sisters, Cindy Anderson and Michelle LaGee; sons, Dan LaGee (Kristen) and Gage LaGee; daughters, Jessie Singery (Branden) and Taylor Chaney (Ben); and grandchildren, Karley, Kaleb, Kaysin, and Kylin. Perry was preceded in death by his father, Clifford LaGee, and mother, Betty LaGee.

Perry cherished engaging in good conversations, particularly about political matters, reflecting his deep interest in current events and governance. He was a regular at his local gun club where he enjoyed shooting with his son Gage. Perry was also profoundly skilled with his hands, often found building or creating something from nothing, a testament to his inventive spirit.

A celebration of life service will be held at the end of August with the exact date to be determined. Perry's legacy of kindness and dedication to his family and community will be remembered by all who knew him.
