Perry RISLING

My deepest sympathies to Perry's family and friends. Since first meeting him over 20 years ago Perry always offered me his hospitality when I came to Calgary for visits. His laughter and joy for life will be missed.

So sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts are with you.

I feel blessed to have known Perry. As his drummer, to lock in the rhythm with him in two bands over almost ten years was a continuous joy that provided memories I'll always treasure. His was a prize of a man who lived for his daughter, his family, friends and rock n' roll. The human race would do well to have more like Perry Risling. He left us way too early but one thing's sure: he's the latest inductee into Rock and Roll Heaven. I hope I play with him again in the next realm.
