My late husband Joe, and I first met Pete at Tom and Maggie Taylors Atwood Lake home. Many good times gathered around the bar, or the campfire just enjoying life; always waiting for that next comment from Pete that put it all into perspective.

My hero, my Dad, my friend. I learned so much from you and your influence good and bad makes up a lot of who I am. Thank you for all or your hard work and dedication to make such a nice life for your family. You always said you cant put a price on a good time...and you made sure we always had one. Hey its Porkey I wasn't sure how else to get in touch with you, you know I cant call you any more or visit you at the window . I certainly miss you today seeing this in the paper really brought it home . as you would say it's the bottom line its final. I want to tell you I had a wonderful life with you , yes we both had our issues and our corkey things but I know you loved me and you told me so . and I know you know I loved you. I was so glad to be a part of your life. You always took good care of me I love you and I will miss you like you don't know

I knew Pete from my Bartending days at The Inn on the River. He and Barny use to show up on their snowmobiles from Atwood. He was a fun and funny guy. Blessings and prayers to his family.

He is missed. I will never forget his words of wisdom and his sense of humor! I'm grateful for his amazing daughter that has been a real true friend for many years. I have great memories on the boat and in Florida. My deepest condolences to the entire family and his friends.
