Peter B Kahn

I happened to look at the Stony Brook Physics website today and was saddened to learn that Professor Kahn had passed away. Peter was one of my mentors when I was an undergrad from 1995-1999. He was incredibly generous in his support and advice. I have fond memories of him and offer my heartfelt condolences to his family.

Saddened to learn of the passing of a friend and colleague, who always had a smile and a good word. Goodbye, Prof.

My deepest condolonces to the family. In this time of grieving I encourage all to look to God and his word for hope. John 5:25 gives us hope that we will see Peter again.
