Mr. Kinney was a great theater teacher I had at Holyoke High School. He was very smart, funny & enthusiastic. Always encouraging his students to have confidence in themselves in front of an audience. I will always remember him fondly. My sincere condolences to his family, partner & many loved ones for their loss.

"FUZZER", will be missed, spent lots of time, with him, traveling to and from "speech competitions " throughout "MASS!" He was a wonderful man, and father/grandfather, and (partner), to Jean Jonker. He will be greatly missed! Remembering our trip, to New Orlean´s, for the national speech championships. He went through, his students, growing up, also watching and loving his family, was kind of a close friend, to his daughter´s. Michelle &Sionan, through the many years, Being students, of his!
I thank God, for allowing me to know, him and Love him!

I was on the Speech Team in High School (class of '81) and PK was a great coach and teacher. Definitely some of my fondest memories of High School are the speech tournaments. I learned alot from him and I know he'll be missed. He and his family are in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.

Arthur and I are deeply saddened by the passing of Peter. We always remember his quick wit and warm smile. Peter shared many wonderful stories, mostly about his experiences and love of the theater. Our condolences to Peter´s family and our dear friend Jean Jonker.

Of all the Holyoke High School teachers that I had - Mr Kinney was the best!
His ability to communicate and connect with people was remarkable. His sense of humor was a delight to us and his wealth of knowledge was apparent. I will always remember him for his kindness and support !
My condolences to his family .

Kathleen, Mary Lisa, Peter Michael, Michelle, and Siouan,
PK...I will miss you.
Thank you for your influence, your teaching, and the theatrical opportunities you offered to me back in the early eighties.
Kim and I offer our heartfelt condolences, thoughts and prayers, to each and all who loved him.
As we reminisce about the good days that were made into great days simply - through our connection created by your Dad....our friendships, theater times, and laughter.
It would be so wonderful to see each of you again. Please think of us if you´re having a get together.
Our hearts sink with yours.
John & Kim Gaughan
Jean,
