Pete was a great guy. Easy to work with and always had good stories. So caring and friendly. I´m so sad to learn of his passing.

Friends for over 16 years. Mentor, big brother, and so much more. You taught me how to patch dry wall, introduced me to William, was at my wedding, helped me pick names for our future children. Wish you could've been here for their birth, but I know you'll be there in spirit. We shared so many meals together, and now I regret not taking more pictures of us together. Until Valhalla Pete.

Pete was our neighbor in Citrus Heights for years. We adored him, loved his sense of humor, generosity, kindness, and look forward to his apple pies every year. We would spend hours talking with Pete, He truly was an amazing person and we have felt the loss of him since he moved. We were very lucky that he came and visited, We are truly sorry for everyone's loss. He will be greatly missed. Big man, big heart

I first met Pete with some Navy moms after he returned from deployment. We kept in contact and when he woukd pass through AZ he and Lily would always stop and visit our family. We would visit him as well when we were in CA. He was an amazing person with a beautiful soul and heart of gold. I will miss his hugs and best smile. Love you Pete.

This photo is from our first trip together, it was my first time driving the 101. I remember watching the sun set in Astoria before heading home. I remember the night we met. Time stood still and yet before we knew it we´d been talking for hours, only saying goodnight because I had to work in a few hours. It was love at first sight. I couldn´t have asked for a better first boyfriend, you´re the only man I´ve ever truly loved. I will always love you, and I will always miss you. You mean the world to me.

My favorite memories with Pete are the times when it was just the two of us and we were just together. Whether it was sitting on his porch at night in La Mesa, talking for hours about whatever came to mind. Or when he was going through his treatments and barely had energy to do anything, and I just was there for him. I´ll always be thankful for the time I got to spend with him. He taught me Rummy and Beer Pong. And was just the most decent man I have ever known. He had a heart that only wanted to make sure the people he cared about were taken care of! The world lost a great man and is a little less bright because of it!

Pete was a great family friend to my bff Emily and I feel honored to have met Pete. He was a big personality to match his size and he will be missed by many. Rest in Peace.

A big brother, friend and partner in crime. You always knew how to cheer people up were the life of the party. Being your roommate while Jake was deployed and again after we bought our house was some of the best times we had. Watching Lily and Loki play in the back yard always made me laugh. Thank you for being you and an amazing person. We love and miss you Pete.

Pete was a great friend and uncle to our littles. I'll miss his jokes and his uncanny ability to always pick the most unique and thoughtful gift. He never wavered in his desire to help anyone he met. He is part of our journey and will be greatly missed. I'll carry you with me Pete. In the recent days I've seen so many things that just remind me of you.

19 years was not nearly long enough to call you my best friend. I cannot wrap my head around you being gone, nor am I ready to accept it. Thank you for loving my babies and for the countless moments of laughter and love. We will cherish you for always.
