Our daughter Heather was a patient of Dr. Linek's and he was also a friend of ours. I worked in the same building at his practice back in 06-08. He always took time out to be friendly and he along with Lynn and his dental assistants were always genuinely concerned about our daughter well being. We recently saw him about two weeks ago. He was so full of life and smiling like he always was. We are truly saddened by his loss. He was a special soul and God blessed us by his presence. Our heartfelt sympathy to all of his loving family. We will always hold his memory dear to our hearts. Rest in Peace Dr. Linek. We love you always.

I first met Pete when we both practiced in Fort Lauderdale. When I left there and moved to Orlando we met up again at Greenberg Dental to the surprise of both of us. I always enjoyed working with him and the patients we had in common loved him. His work was impeccable. When I started working in Daytona for Coast Dental we once again had patients in common.
Pete was a great guy and will be sorely missed by me as well as the entire central Florida dental community.
My sincerest condolences go out to his family.

I knew Pete from his residency at Univ. of Louisville and occasionally touched base with him thru the years. I happened to see news of the tragic wreck on Tampa news....I am so shocked. Pete was a great guy, and loved his profession. To his family...I am so sorry and hope in time you find peace.

We enjoyed working with Dr. Linek at Greenberg. Deby was the RN of the group and the right hand at work. We were all a close group. We joked around often and it was an environment were we all loved coming to work. Deby even had the opportunity to work with him in Port Orange, but like Christina, the drive became so long. I was in shock to learn of Dr. Linek's passing. I was his coordinator while he was at Greenberg Dental the whole time he was an oral surgeon there, I left because he left. He offered me a great opportunity to work for him in Ormond, but the drive was just too far...he never minded traveling. I hadn't seen or talked to him in over 10 years but I always have thought about him & his family. I pray for them all at this time and feel so fortunate to have worked with such a wonderful man for so long. RIP Dr. Linek!
