MR PETER Lowe (69), of Olive Avenue, Shirebrook, was cremated at Mansfield after a service at the crematorium chapel.Born in Morton, Derbyshire, and educated at Tibshelf Infants and Juniors, then Tupton Hall Grammar schools, Mr Lowe was a resident of the area for 43 years.A colliery electrician at Shirebrook Colliery for 26 years, he left in 1986 and then had various jobs before retiring in 2011.He played bowls for Langwith Junction Bowls Club for over 30 years, winning trophies and titles at local and county level and representing Nottinghamshire at the National finals in Skegness on numerous occasions.Mr Lowe, who died at Chesterfield Royal Hospital. leaves his wife, Mrs Ann Lowe, sons Darren, Russell and Ashley and grandchildren Kiera, Oliver, Karma and Ajay.Mourners were Mrs A.
