I knew Peter during his short time at Downeast Energy last year. Casual conversation revolved around camping trips with his children which he clearly enjoyed. Sorry to hear of his passing and my prayers are with his family.

Dear Jon & Pat,
I am so deeply saddened by the loss of Peter. He was one of my best friends as a child, growing up, and remained a loyal friend into adulthood. He always made an effort to see me when I came back to Maine and was a friend of most of my friends. He was even welcome at our 30th BHS reunion.
I can never forget all of the wonderful times I had with Peter and your family in Bangor and on Branch Lake as a child. You were like a 2nd family to me and Peter and Jon were like brothers. Herbie (god rest his soul), always had me laughing. Riding minibikes, boating, swimming, tennis life was just fun and simple. I will dearly miss being able to reminisce those times with Peter, but will never forget them.
Peter,
Thank you for all of the great times we had and for the immense loyalty you showed me as a friend, even as the distance separated us. I will never forget you. RIP my friend.

My condolences to Pat, Jon and Herb
(god rest his soul).
Pete and his family were always gracious enough to invite me into their homes and share their life's.
Pete will always be one of the nicest gentleman anyone could meet, anywhere in this world.
We all should model ourselves after the way Pete carried himself personally and professionally. Their aren't enough people like Pete!
I hope Pat realizes what a nice man she raised, and what a great brother Jon grew up with. God rest your soul Pete.

Pete, I knew you for basically 50 years. You and Jon were like brothers to me. Earlier today I looked at pictures of my 6th birthday and you two were the only friends there, the only ones I had or needed then. Like so many of us who knew you I am shell-shocked at your passing. Despite my sadness my thoughts are of course mostly with Erin, Sean, Jon and your saintly Mother. I'll never forget you my dear friend.

Memories are what sustain us and right now my memories are of Peter, Jon, little Robbie (Feather) and my brother Bill Robinson as a dynamic foursome, celebrating each other's birthdays and just having fun playing around the neighborhood in Bangor. They were all such great friends and adored by both families. Pat and Herb were close friends to mom and dad as well. The Robinson clan is mourning the loss of Pete almost as one of our own. Our hearts go out to Pat and Jon with a wish for the fond memories of yesteryear to take over the pain of today.
