I am so sorry for your loss. I am 73 years old & I've known Pete & the family for 68 years, from the time he lived on Water St. I was around their house all the time, and never heard a cross word out of Pete. As an adult, he always spoke when & where I would encounter him(walking,Krogers etc) with a hi Jim & a good word. Still Never a slight. One of the nicest human being I've ever known. I will miss him. As I sit here with tears streaming down my face I can't help but think how lucky we all were to have met someone as kind, generous, and patient as you, grandpa. I will miss you more than you know, but most importantly I will rejoice with happiness knowing what an amazing LONG life you lived. To my grandmother Dorthy, I'm sorry for your unfortunate, but destined loss. May you find comfort in all of us who adore you. To all Pete and Dorthy's children, I love you all and wish you true condolences during this grieving time. I will remeber my grandpa with a bright smile because I know he always loved it when I did that! Rest in peace. <3
