Suddenly at home on June 17, 2014 aged 39 years. A much loved husband, dad, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. Funeral Service at City Road Cemetery Chapel on Friday June 27 at 1:45 pm. Flowers and enquiries to
