Peter M Paulino

Peter Manuel Paulino of The Bronx, NY passed away September 22,2022 after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Belmira (Vieira) and the late Manuel Paulino of North Easton,MA. He was born in Brockton and raised in North Easton,MA. He graduated Oliver Ames High School in 1967 and attended Fordham University in The Bronx and later earned his Master's Degree in Modern European History at NYU. After University,Peter was employed in the financial offices at International law firms Rogers and Wells and Clifford Chance in Manhattan.

Peter had a lifelong passionate love of theatre, music and the performing arts. He was a playwright, a producer, performer, vocalist and gifted clarinetist. He generously shared his knowledge of the dramatic arts and encouraged others to pursue theatrical careers. Peter was creative, talented and possessed an exuberant personality. He was a raconteur who reveled in sharing his entertaining stories. His laugh was infectious and booming which lifted hearts and spirits.

Peter wrote and produced plays for the Friends Repertoire Company in NYC and created a concert series featuring Modern British Composers.

Books and reading were another passion for Peter. He was an avid traveler to Europe and enjoyed visiting friends and family throughout the United States. He studied languages including French, Danish and Portuguese.

He is survived by his sister Caroline Paulino of Sandwich,MA. Other survivors include his Aunt Hilda Siva And Aunt Rosemary Phillips Silva and many cousins and their spouses.

A celebration of his life will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church in North Easton, MA on November 12 at 10:30 am. Instead of flowers, donations can be made in Peter's memory to BroadwayCares, 165 West 46 St,Suite 1300, New York,NY 10036.
