Retired Revere Police Officer on January 26. At 71 years, beloved husband of Annette I. "Nancy" (Banks). Devoted father of Peter J. Pitrone Jr., & Wife Christine, Michael A. Pitrone & Dawn-Marie Perna all of Revere. Dear brother of William Pitrone of Malden, & the late Mary-Anne DeFranzo. Cherished grandfather of Anthony & Jeffrey Pitrone & MaryAnne Perna all of Revere, Alisa & Annette Perna both of Revere, Marissa Pitrone of Phoenix, AZ & the late Michael A. Pitrone Jr. Also lovingly survived by many nieces & nephews. Family & friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Vertuccio Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway (Rt. 107) REVERE on Tuesday, January 31 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Revere at 10 Am. Visiting hours are Monday only 4-8PM. Parking available in the lot left of the funeral Home. Entombment in Woodlawn Community Mausoleum is private. Late Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Late member of the Leon Mottolo VFW Post, of Revere & the Retired Revere Patrolmens' Association. In lieu of flowers rememberances may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis TN 38105.

Dear Peter, Michael & Dawnmarie,

I am very sorry to hear of your father's passing. I have alot of fond memories of him when I lived on Roosevelt St. I was glad I had a chance to talk to him a few months ago. My heartfelt thoughts and deepest sympathy are with you and your family.

Hi Nancy & Family,

I was very sorry to hear of Peter passing, I will always remember him as I did while growing up and all the fun we've had. He was a great person and I'm sure everyone will always remember him that way. I will always be thankful for all he has done for my parents and myself.
