Beloved son of Charles and the late Elizabeth; brother of Emily and the late Edward Popowicz; uncle of Amy, Leanne, Tim and Steve. Friends may call at FRANK F. You were the first person (17 years ago) who helped me in my journey of recovery. You stood by me without judgement when I was struggling. You were a good man, a great friend and a well respected member. I will miss seeing you smiling face on Tuesday nights. I treasure my memories of you.

Uncle Wolfgang has good memories of Pete from his being a small boy in Germany to when Uncle Wolfgang arrived in Pittsburgh in 1959. It was just too bad that we live so far away, but Pete visited a few times with us in California. The last time was 4 years ago when we met him in Germany on our trip. He was such a special perston.

Pete,
Thank you for all you did for me. I was so scared when I first started the recovery process but every time we had a talk, I always felt better and you made me feel like I could stay on the right path. For this my family and I will be forever grateful. You helped save my life and kept me from losing the things most important to me. Anytime I have a thought of going back I hope that I will just think of your words of wisdom and realize what is right.You will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace, you're home now.
