Dearest Refakis family,
I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. Throughout the years I learned a lot about Pete through my father. Through his stories of your father/husband's exceptional values, honesty, honor. I am not sure that my father has ever held anyone in such high regard as Pete, nor have there been many others as highly honorable and ethical as my father and yours. They were kindred spirits and Pete meant the world to my father. He very much adored him. I am thankful that such an amazing person was in my father's life throughout the years and was able to make such a profound impact on so many. I don't know many, if any other men as wonderful as my father. Except Pete. Our entire family is thinking about yours and our prayers are with you. May the memories comfort you and your wonderful family. All my love, Kara O'Connor
