Peter was a very good and important friend of mine. He was also loved by my Pam and all of our kids. We had the pleasure of spending many Christmas holidays and other events together. He shared his joy and love with us. From the moment I met Peter he impacted my life. He never lied and spoke from his heart. He will be deeply missed. One of his sayings was "dude you know how lucky you are"? I want to say dude, do you know how lucky I was to have you in my life? Peter, rest in peace. Love always. Greg Kressin and family.

Pete was brave, honest, and friendly. He always had time to talk, and always made me feel that he was glad to see me. He will be sincerely missed.

Pete was super tall and towered over most people. He had a grand smile and deep joyful laugh that showed a special zest for life. He always had a joke and a story on hand to bend your ear. He also had a courageous and honest heart that took a look at the deepest challenges in life without letting them overcome him.
His larger than life presence will be missed in many circles. He was very warm and friendly to everyone whether at the bike shop, the rooms or his newest endeavor “driving tractor trailer”, as he liked to say. It was completely inspiring to watch him learn, and then drive, semi trucks esp given the times. He will be greatly missedProbably more than he can imagine as he was quite humble. Rest in Power and Fly Free. Godspeed.

I am so sad to hear this. Pete was full of joy and love of the Lord. His faith and the way he shared was inspiring. He always had a story to tell and I looked forward to hearing from him. His faith really gave him an interesting outlook on life and lessons he'd learn along his journey. I'm happy to know even though he is not here with us he is with our Lord Jesus.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. I am sad that Pete is gone from us and happy that he is at peace with his Lord, Jesus Christ. I love that Pete always spoke from his heart, good, back or ugly, he spoke his truth. I cracked up when he noticed that I was calm and that made me laugh. He did notice people and learned from all. Pete found strength and love of life to get to drive semi-truck, and he was so happy doing that. I will miss his "ramblings" as he called them. God Bless Pete. May perpetual light shine upon his soul.
