Raymond, my dear adopted brother, and the entire Small's family, "Thank you for GIVING to the Lord! I am a life that has been changed!" I echo the same sentiments that my sister Sonia mentioned. We were indeed the adopted sisters and daughters from Portland. You made college life, and internship in the 1970s at THE MONEAGUE endurable for Sonia and I by providing much needed "GET AWAY" weekends, and much much more. Only in eternity will the depths of you and your family's love, caring, giving, friendship, and above and beyond..... be fully understood. Even though early mornings of June 9th, phone calls will not be shared on this side of life, yet, I will remember you, my brother, Raymond. I am comforted by this Word of God, "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" ( who conquered death hell and the grave.)

As you remember your father. "Sorrow" is too small a word for what you're going through. There's not a word deep enough or wise enough. Even in times when there are no words, hope there's comfort in knowing so many people are thinking of you and holding you close in their hearts.

We were close friends from Primary School, even before I knew your sister Deborah, who became my wife...The terrible enemy of cancer took hold of you and we watched & prayed for a miracle but God had other plans.
