I worked for Cogen, Holt and Assoc. for a year during college, back in 1973-74. Phil Holt was the kindest, most easygoing of the bunch and I always knew he'd be there if I had a question or problem. Nothing ever seemed to throw him. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
